Zeer slechte ervaring met Dries. Na jarenlang een goede en correcte huurders te zijn geweest werd de volledige borg ingehouden. Reden: kalkaanslag op de douchekraan en een paar vergeten hoekjes en kantjes. Hoewel wij niet geschilderd hadden, alle muren waren nog steeds wit, werd er van ons verwacht dat wij opnieuw zouden schilderen ... duuhh ... bij het verlaten van de woning? Nog nooit meegemaakt.

Afrader, geen serieuze makelaar, doet het er waarschijnlijk om wat bij te verdienen. Ik heb drie keer contact met ze opgenomen, twee keer via e-mail en één keer via de telefoon. Op twee van mijn mails nooit antwoord gekregen en ook mijn voicemail bleef onbeantwoord. Hoe wil je een pand huren, als je niet reageert op geïnteresseerde klanten

Very bad experience. In April 2019 we started a 9 year rental of an apartment via Dries, the Ares agent. WIthin 4 months the owner decided he wanted to move in. We had to leave at substantial personal cost and with a few months old baby daughter. We later found out the agent had modified the 2019 standard Belgian rental agreement removing clauses that limit the onwer's right to return to the apartment. At the time of renting we were reassured by Dries the owner was a person to be trusted. If that was the case, why would the agent have removed specific phrases from the typical legal Belgian rental agreement, very suspicious. Beware!

I sent 3 email and I called 2 times for rent
a house (in the same days they have put the panel in front of the house). One month passed and now I saw that they have rented the place. They NEVER replied me, they are racist. That's really sad. If you are an expat don't waste your time with them.
